I love when violins are played as mandolins. They produce a much more hollow ’plunkety’ sound than the mandolin’s bright tone. Both are wonderful, it’s just nice to hear it from the violin when you’re not as used to it. Andrew Bird’s got it, baby!

Sur le prochain album de Beirut, une chanson, Cliquot, a été en partie écrite et est entièrement chantée par Owen Pallett de Final Fantasy.
